This pouch features a two-part design: a main medical bag and a MOLLE platform for secure attachment. The bag quickly attaches to the platform via hook-and-loop fasteners and is further secured with a quick-release Fastex buckle. A brightly colored (orange or red) webbing loop on the top allows for rapid detachment in emergency situations.

Its low profile design prevents interference with movement when attached to a battle belt, and its three-Molle-column width minimizes space consumption, leaving room for other essential gear. The compact size allows for placement in high-visibility areas, such as the "triangles of life". Zippers with long, stiff pulls enable quick opening, even while wearing gloves, and minimize the clicking sound often associated with zippers. The flap further secures with hook-and-loop closure.

Internal organization is optimized for efficient storage. An elastic cord system with a retainer on the inside flap securely holds dressings. The main compartment accommodates supplies up to 14cm in height, supplemented by three internal pockets (one 10cm wide and two 5cm wide) with elastic retention straps.

For rapid location by teammates, the external flap includes a Velcro panel for attaching medical ID patches. One-Molle-column-wide straps on either side of the pouch provide additional attachment points for tourniquets, shears, markers, or chemlights. This allows for quick access to frequently used items and acts as a visual marker. A drain grommet at the bottom ensures water expulsion.

Unlike traditional MOLLE attachments, the vertical straps are 5cm longer than the pouch and tuck under the horizontal straps, offering enhanced security and ease of use. The pouch can also be attached to standard webbing straps by creating loops of the appropriate size.
